MAC: Prolongwear concealer

Ok, this is a product I would probably have got on my own, just because I tend to buy every concealer MAC carries.
But I need you to know that my wish has been speeden up due to youtube and blogging.
So many of beauty bloggers out there have been raving about it, since its very first appearance in the market.

Well, they all tell the truth. It is an amzing product! Both for under the eye and on blemishes too.
The Mac lady had told me that its best use is for all over the face.
That's what I do.
Have my sunscreen on and this one for dark circles and the rest on my face too. No need of extra foundation.
It brightens up your eyes wonderfully, without sticking on fine lines and looking cakey.
It stays on as its name says, it's true.
I find it the best of Mac concealers for blemishes, as it has that benefit of not going anywhere.
You put it on and it is there all day. Even if you sweat. It covers my red scars better than the studio finish one.
So this is the one from Mac. I won't repurchase any of the other concealers again, only this one.
It's amazing how NC 20 does the job both for brigthening my eye look, without creasing but also for my face, covering and staying in place on the same time.
I love it!
The only thing I might don't like is that I think it finishes up pretty quickly, as I use it on my whole face perhaps? Don't know. 
I don't find the pump so hard to use as they say, I can handle it. I love how I can see too how much product has been left.

Give it a go and you're gonna get a flawless beautiful face that no one will figure what it might truely is under that.

NYX Blush in Nutmeg

Happy November everyone!

I'm so excited for this review as it is my very first purchase from Nyx cosmetics!
Before I start,  I NEED to share with you that I had the oppurtunity to meet, talk and take pictures with Toni Ko, Founder of NYX from Los Angeles, when she visited Greece for Nyx Store Opening !!! Yayyyy ^_^
 
So, what else to buy from an amazing brand than your favorite make up item which is blushes for me! I certainly can't go out without my blush on ;)
I decided to go with a basic color blush, called Nutmeg! Well, I LOVE it!

First stop, its color! This is the perfect every day neutral brownish, but in a healthy way color for your cheeks! You can use it as your contour, as it has no shimmers and the muted color helps you a lot to achieve that defined structure to your bones, and as your basic blush too while it gives you that fresh matte appearance you desire. It's that basic color you can't believe it can give you such a flattering look, with any kind of make up you have on. The color you see in the pan, the same color you get to your cheeks!
It has a really strong pay off! You only need one swatch to your brush and boom! You're flushed and ready to go! So, that's the reason why it stays on all day too! You can aslo build up the color for more intese look, without looking clowny. I'm an NC20 fair skin, so this is suitable for light skins.
As for the texture... It's soo soft and easy to work with it! Blends amazingly well, leaving you with no streaks. A thing that you might be aware of is that it is quite powdery for my taste, so I need to tap off any extra amount from my blush brush. I have the idea of wasting product when blushes are so powdery, but it's a thing that doesn't bother me too much.

It's a 5.2gr of product for 9 Euros, Europe price. For Nyx, it's quite pricey. But in comparison with other drugstore brands it's ok. I would definitely purchase again one of their blushes, a similar one when it comes to color shade, called Espresso.
It is a remarkable quality product, so I won't let other shades stay alone at their stands! I need to get all of them in my drawer :D
I do love the package too! Sleek, compact and shiny. Easy to carry on in your bag, taking no place at all. 

The fun part is that it is a dupe for MAC blush in Tenderling, which I love too !!!!
They have almost the same color and texture! Tenderling is a sheertone light neutral beige blush, so it goes on quite light. But if you do build it up, you get the same color as Nyx in Nutmeg! It can be used for blush and contour too.
So, if you're on a budget, you can definitely try Nyx instead of Mac.

As a blush fanatic, having on my make up collection many many blushes from different brands, I have to admit that I've fallen to this Nyx blush and I'll keep buying more and more shades for sure!

MAC Studio Finish Concealer Spf 35

Well, hello everyone!!!

Yes, I know. I've been away for quite a while. Too much hot weather  made me stay away from keyboard, only using it for my job. But now I'm back with some new products I have recently purchased !!!

Let's talk about a favorite of mine concealer from a favorite brand, MAC !!!!!

I'm gonna say fisrt of all that the fact that apart from concealer, this studio finish has also a high Spf , makes it a "double" holy grail make up product  for face!! Protect and cover, yes yes :)

Just from the jar, you know that this will benefit your skin from sun, specially when you're using it for covering blemishes, cause they need waaay too much protection from the sun than the other face.

That's the one thing. The other is that for its purpose which is covering under eye circles, discolorations or pimples and scares, it can do its job extremelly well. Don't forget that it's one of Mac's best selling products.

I was quite sceptical with its texture, cause I used to use more liquidy formulas and I was afraid I couldn't work with it. I can surely tell you that I can work with it way better than a liquid one! Ohh yesss!!!

This is a pure creamy texture, that doesn't crack on your under eye area and stays there, where you put it. I could say that it's quite moisturising too !! Actually I couldn't believe it :)

For face, it has an amazing coverage, not quite long wearing though. The thing is that it doesn't show off that you're wearing something on, while covering on the same time with some high-payoff. Whoot whoot :)

Personally, I use it with my fingers. Maybe it could be better using it with a brush when you wanna hide tiny blemishes, just to be more precise. It's amazing whether you're having a foundation on for some extra coverage or a tinted sunscreen for covering specific areas, specially in the summer.

It's 7 gr, quite good amount for the price you pay. I have a feeling that this will gonna last me for ever, cause every time I only need a tiny bit for both under eye and scares. So it worth it !

I also love the fact that it's such a small package that can be carried all day long in your bag.

I'm an NC20, wich is great for lightening your under eye area, but unexpectedly for skin too, without making me look like a ghost or something. It matches both of them.

I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a good coverage concealer, not heavy though.

Mac Jubilee Lustre Lipstick

Hey hey heeeey!

Long time no see, I know! Hope you're all well :)

I'm about to review one of my all time favorite Mac lipsticks, Jubilee!

Before I start, I want you to know that Lustre is one of my favorite Mac finish and then it comes Amplified and Satin.

So, on to the product!

It's the perfect "your lips but better" lipcolor! Such a nice sophisticated and sexy nude color, with a light brownish undertone. No pinks, no corals. Just a pure every day light brown colour that matches any makeup you choose. In the summer time, you can use it alone and you're ready to go. In winter you can apply your liner first and your nude lip combo is ready, wihout having those concealer-lips that washes you out.

Don't forget that I'm an NC25, so it compliments my skin tone a lot!

When it comes to texture, it glides on your lips like a lipbalm. So easy to apply, even if you're on the go, with no mirror. It doesn't collect in my lip lines, so moisturising and has a nice sheen too.

The sad part is that it doesn't last, you have to reapply it every now and then; every lustre behaves like that, so I knew it and it doesn't bothers me. Yes it's sheer, but you can build up the color.

Also, beacuse of the glossy finish , even if you put it on without a liner, it still shows on pretty nice.

If you have Patisserie or Hug me, they almost look the same.

I heart neutral colors, so I fell in this shade immediately.

If you want to try a nude-light brown lipstick, go for it!

Even if you're about to make your very first Mac purchase, I recommend it !

For me the easiest every day color, hands down!
